A tasty company visit to Unismack by our Business Students
Final year marketing students of the Business Administration and Economics Department participated in a ‘tasty’ company visit at Unismack and their brand Wellaby’s.
Unismack is a Greek company exporting their innovative snack products to over 11 countries worldwide. It is worth mentioning that one of the company's founders, Mr Alexandros Stratakis is an alumnus of the International Faculty CITY College. During their visit the students visited the manufacturing facility and tried their freshly baked snacks out of the manufacturing line; a truly tasty experience. They also had a presentation by the commercial manager and the Managing director where they explained the company strategy, branding and their marketing communications approach.
The visit is part of the unit Integrated Marketing communications lead by Dr. Ana Cruz.
Viral video ads student project
In the unit the students developed an Integrated Marketing Communications plan and a viral video/advert for the Wellaby’s brand in the UK market. This insightful, strategic, creative and informative visit is part of a key effort to work closely with industry and clients to develop the students’ employability and applied knowledge.
