The Head Coach of the Executive MBA participates in HR Forum of the Albanian Banking Association

On 4 October 2017, Mr Nikos Lambridis, Head MBA student Coach for Career and Professional Development at the International Faculty Executive MBA programme delivered a keynote speech at the HR Forum of the Albanian Association in Banking (AAB) that took place in Tirana.

Themed ‘Human Resources Management in Digital Banking’ the Forum was focused on the new skills needed to develop and maintain new technologies in the banking sector, generating learning needs for leadership and management.

The event brought together HR international and national experts who discussed the ability to learn and adapt to changes that will continue to characterize bank employees through digital transformation.
