Statement by the Director of British Council in Greece

Following our public announcement that the University of York and CITY College have established a new Europe Campus in Greece the Director of the British Council in Greece stated:

“We have worked closely with CITY College over many years and have seen how its vision and determination to deliver top-quality higher education has allowed it to grow and shine during its 30-year history. I am pleased to know that it has moved another step ahead by establishing the Europe Campus of the University of York. I am also delighted that a top UK University, the University of York, is establishing a base in the region and I am confident that together they will continue to transform the UK TNE and develop new and exciting opportunities for student mobility and internationalization”.
