Guest Lectures by Real Estate Agent of Keller Williams Company for our Business Students

Bachelors students of our Business Administration & Economics Department had the opportunity to attend two insightful guest lectures by Mr. Apostolos Kaltsas, Real Estate Agent, Property Investor, Kaltsas Realty Team, Keller Williams Greece & Cyprus.

Mr. Kaltsas shared his deep knowledge with our students regarding “Facility Location Selection & Risks in the Real Estate Sector” by presenting as a Real Estate Agent of Keller Williams Company. Fruitful discussions took place regarding real case studies he faced and valuable practical experience was shared.

The guest lectures took place in the frame of the ‘Operations Management’ unit led by Dr Athanasios Fourtounas, Assistant Professor at CITY College's Business Department, during which topics like the factors that influence the decision of a company to choose a location for its facilities and a proper layout but also the workflow design were discussed.
