Presentation by VIPA Group, a global leader in recycling, for CITY College Business students

Students from our Business Administration & Economics Department had the opportunity to get valuable insights through a presentation by the management team of VIPA Group, highlighting the company's management principles and success story. VIPA Group is a European multinational company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a leading position in the global recycling and recovered material trading sectors. The event, titled on "Exploring Modern Management Principles: A Deep Dive into VIPA Group's Success Story" was truly impactful, with VIPA Group's leadership providing invaluable insights into their innovative organisational structure, leadership practices, and strategic approach - all deeply rooted in their commitment to sustainability. A special thanks to Theodoros Panagiotopoulos - People Operations Manager, and Dimitra Karathanasi - HR Business Partner, for their openness and expertise, and for inspiring our students with their knowledge and experience!
