Business students engage with international HR expert on core management principles during virtual session

CITY College’s first-year business students recently participated in an enlightening online presentation delivered by Mr. Harro Bosma, International Human Resources Manager - Central European Region (Germany, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia) at Ayming. This session significantly enriched the Principles of Management module led by Dr. Giovanni O. Serafini.

Mr. Bosma drew upon Ayming's global expertise and combined it with local insights to explore core management principles such as planning, organizing, controlling, leadership, motivation, and decision-making. He also delved into how organizational structure and culture influence change, providing our students with foundational knowledge about the dynamics that drive effective organisations.
