Students from the Business Administration and Economics Department had the opportunity to attend an insightful presentation by representatives from the Bank of Valetta who explored the critical topics of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Our distinguished speakers, including Stefan Abela from the Bank of Valletta, Dr. Tania Camilleri from Learning & Development, and Micki Mifsud Western from Customer Experience, provided invaluable insights into how inclusivity is shaping the future of business.

The discussion highlighted that EDI is no longer just a buzzword, but a business imperative. Companies that embrace diversity drive innovation, employee satisfaction, and long-term success.
