Directions for Blood Donors:
Giving blood is quick, easy, and risk-free for healthy adults (ages 18-65 approximately) who are in good health, do not take chronic medication and do not suffer from serious ailments or anemia. It is advisable to avoid medication and alcohol and rest adequately on the last day before blood donation. Have a small meal and 2-3 glasses of water or juice before giving blood.

Our blood bank is helping people in our community in need. We have to refill our reserves to help even more people! This is only possible through your amazing effort and donations.
