Responsible for:
• Coordination of the collaborative programme of study in Sofia, Bulgaria in cooperation with the Νew Bulgarian University (NBU) and in Bucharest, Romania in cooperation with the Romanian-American University (RAU) .
•Central point of contact between staff, students, other departments on day-to-day operational tasks.
•Preparation of accreditation material for international accreditation bodies (BAC, AACSB, CMI)
•Provision of advice/guidance to academic staff and students on registration, assessment and regulations for Thessaloniki, Sofia and Bucharest programme. Liaison with central services departments in relation to student recruitment and admission issues.
•Cooperation with the Academic Director in order to coordinate and supervise daily operations of the department in accordance with the Academic Calendar.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Coordination of Sit and Resit examination periods as well as monitoring and quality assurance of student assessment procedures.
