Dr. Evi Mattheopoulou has been an experienced professional efficiently transferring her broad expertise in HR Management, Public Relations and Project Management over to her academic profile. She has taught at various undergraduate and postgraduate courses both at domestic and International Public as well as Private Academic Institutions. Her field of expertise relates to disciplines in humanities, social and business sciences; among her majors, Organisational Behaviour is listed alongside with Communication, Institution Building, Social Responsibility, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Evi Mattheopoulou has gained her long-standing experience through her performance in demanding working posts, being the Head of the HR and PR departments at EUROCONSULTANTS S.A. (top five Greek private consultancies); she has participated as an external expert in research related to Entrepreneurship Cross Border
Collaboration in support of Bilateral Educational Institutions (2007-2011, INTERREG IVC) carried out on behalf of academic institutions (Duth & UoWM).

She has also successfully developed, coordinated and monitored international EU/ESF funded projects, including reporting to national and international bodies; her outstanding career accomplishments list among others, the Gold Award by the Hellenic Ministry of Health & Social Affairs for the continuous and efficient operation of the Corporate (EUROCONSULTANTS S.A. Group) Blood Bank (2009), the World Award for i4G as the “Most Promising New Incubator” (Turin, Italy, 2005) and leading the EUROCONSULTANTS S.A. corporate campaign for the firm listing on the Athens Stock Exchange Market (2001).

She is currently - and since 2010 - accredited by the Centre for Credentialing & Education as a Global Career Facilitator (N. Carolina, USA); active member, since 2003, of the Hellenic SOS Children’s Village in Thessaloniki, Greece, voluntarily in charge of sponsorships and fund raising; fluent in English, Greek being her mother tongue, basic user of French and German.

-  “Virtual Technology Team Management” focusing on the axis of Business –Innovation & Development _ article officially approved by Organizing Committee for publication during the implementation of the 6th SEERC Annual Doctoral Student Conference in South East Europe, implemented in Thessaloniki, Greece, September 2011.

-  Thesis on Total Quality Management, under the title: “The European Quality Model for Organisational Excellence – TQM. Defining the Criteria Affecting Leadership Factors in Consultancies, according to the European Quality Model Award for Business Excellence” (2002)

Awarded with distinction-Gold Award by the Hellenic Ministry of Health & Social Affairs in cooperation with The Hellenic Rotary Club-for the continuous voluntary operation (still active) of the EUROCONSULTANTS S.A. Corporate Blood Bank (Dec., 2009),

Active member of the supporting team for the Hellenic SOS Children’s Village in Thessaloniki, Greece; in charge of sponsorships and fund raising in favour of the uninhibited operation of the institution (not-for-profit organization) (May 2002 up today).
