Students from our Business Administration & Economics Department had the opportunity to attend an inspiring online guest lecture on “Talent Management in the Hospitality Industry: Attracting and Retaining Top Talent" by Dimitris Perrakis, General Manager of Helea Lifestyle Beach Resort (Ella Resorts). The eventt ook place as part of the Human Resource Management module led by Dr Giovanni Serafini.

Mr. Perrakis provided students with a firsthand look into the evolving landscape of talent management within the hospitality sector—one of the most dynamic and people-driven industries.
