Students from our Business Administration and Economics Department had the opportunity to get first hand industry insights on onrganisational behavious from the a presentation of Ms. Villy Nouli, HR Director at M. Arabatzis S.A. - Hellenic Dough.

With her wealth of experience, Ms.Nouli delved into the complexities of entrepreneurial leadership, sharing evidence-based strategies to enhance employee performance and navigate organisational change effectively. Interacting with the HR leader of Greece's largest frozen dough products company - and one of the largest in Europe - was a unique experience that brought real-world perspectives into our academic environment.
