A Day at CISCO – Our students explore digital transformation at Cisco's Digital Transformation and Digital Skills Center (DT&S) in Thessaloniki
Our students had an incredible experience during their visit to Cisco - The International Center for Digital Transformation and Digital Skills in Thessaloniki. They had the opportunity to take an enlightening journey into the heart of digital innovation, where they immersed themselves in the cutting-edge technologies and strategies driving digital transformation. From exploring the latest advancements in networking, smart agriculture, smart cities and cybersecurity to diving deep into the world of digital skills development, the visit was truly eye-opening. Thanking Cisco’s team for their warm welcome and for the inspiring insights and hands-on experiences shared with our students. The visit took place in the context of the Digital Transformation module, led by Dr Elina Ketikidis.

A successful Neuromarketing event by our Business Administration and Economics Department
A highly informative Neuromarketing event was organized by the Business Administration & Economics Department of CITY College, University of York Europe Campus on 5th March 2024, held at our main campus in Thessaloniki. This event showcased how businesses worldwide utilise neuroscience for enhanced research and strategic development. Through practical examples from various industries and countries, the speakers emphasised the advantages of employing new scientific approaches to decipher and influence human behavior. Distinguished speakers shared their knowledge and expertise on the topic during the event. These included Dr. Gaia Rancati, Assistant Professor of Marketing and Neuromarketing, Department of Marketing, Jones A. College of Business and Visiting Assistant Professor, IULM University, Dr. Nikolaos Dimitriadis, Programme Lead of MSc in Neuromarketing at CITY College, Head of Neuro Consulting Optimal HR Group, Prof. Alexandros Psychogios, Professor of HRM & OB, Loughborough Business School, Loughborough University, Dr. Kiki Koutmeridou, Chief Behavioural Scientist at DonorVoice and Lecturer at our Business Department and Dr. Elina Ketikidi, Lecturer, at our Business Department and Leading our Applied Neuroscience Lab. The event took place in the context of our MSc in Neuromarketing programme and concluded with an opportunity for attendees to visit CITY College's Applied Neuroscience Lab, allowing them to further explore the fascinating world of neuromarketing and its applications.
