An exciting Ski Trip to Bansko by CITY's Students Union (CSU)
Our students set off for Bansko, one of Bulgaria's most popular #ski resorts, right after the examination period to enjoy a short holiday in the mountains. The trip was organised by the CSU 11-13 February 2023. Students who participated in the trip enjoyed skiing, snowboarding and so much more! A successful football tournament at CITY College
CITY College, University of York Europe Campus and its Students Union (CSU) organised a very successful Football Tournament which was held at the YMCA football court, 23 November – 9 December 2022. ‘The Illyrians’ were crowned winners after beating 5-4 ‘The Bulls’ in the thrilling final match. Five teams participated in the tournament in total. Medals and awards were presented by the President of the CSU. Mr. Ahmed El Fawal and the Director of Student Affairs Department, Ms Theofano Kyriakou. We would like to thank all students who were present and supported the teams as well as the Student Services Department and the CSU. Special thanks also goes to the volunteer referees who ensured the best conditions for quality matches.

Football Tournament at CITY College
Our Football Tournament has started! All participating teams are ready. Come to the Y.M.C.A. to cheer for your favourite team! See you there! CITY College, University of York Europe Campus is organising a Football Tournament! Join the games or come watch our teams compete with sportsmanship spirit! Rules: Every team should have a name (no offensive names allowed) Only 1 person (the captain) should fill out the form for the whole team Every team should have 7 players and 1 goalkeeper (7 + 1) Players need to be polite and show respect to themselves, other players, officials and coaches at all times while at games. Disparaging comments, teasing, and/or the use of foul language will not be tolerated at any time towards any player, official or coach.
