Graduation Party - Class of 2024!

On Friday 28th June, the Alumni Department of CITY College Europe Campus hosted the Class of 2024 graduation party at Les Zazous Bar Restaurant, an unforgettable celebration that will be cherished for years to come. Ms Theofano Kyriakou, Director of the Alumni Department of CITY College greeted all students and on behalf of the University extended the heartfelt congratulations to all the graduates and warmly welcomed them to our dynamic, global, and extraordinary alumni community! We are so proud of each and every one of them! Congratulations again, Class of 2024! May your future be bright and filled with success!

Student Spring Symposium 2024: A Celebration of academic research

On 15 & 16 May 2024 CITY College, University of York Europe Campus successfully held the Student Spring Symposium 2024 (SSS24) at its main campus in Thessaloniki. The event aimed to foster student research and showcase outstanding projects, providing a platform for students to share their passion, talent, and knowledge. The symposium featured captivating presentations from talented students across various disciplines, with students from all departments attending the event. Six exceptional presentations won Best Presentation Awards. Congratulations to our winners who demonstrated extraordinary skills, creativity and a deep understanding of their topic. The workshop was well-received by students and staff, who participated in the discussion and offered valuable insights and feedback. Hackathon 2024 | Student Spring Symposium 2024

15-16 May Join us at our college’s dynamic hackathon event on May 15-16, uniting students from diverse departments to collaborate in teams! Each team must consist of a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 members, allowing for a blend of various departments like humanities, computer science, psychology, and business. Mix and match as you like! You cannot have more than one 3rd stage student from the computer science department in your teams. Your hackathon project will be presented at our student symposium in the coming days! All participants will be awarded certificates for presenting their innovative ideas, with special prizes for the best projects! Fill in the online form to make your teams

So this Monday 22nd until Wednesday 24th of April you can find wonderful things and treats to get in the spirit of the feast. Blood Donation Days: 18 April & 22 May 2024

Register and save a life! Thursday 18 April and Wednesday 22 May 2024 at the General Hospital Ippokrateio Directions for Blood Donors: Giving blood is quick, easy, and risk-free for healthy adults (ages 18-65 approximately) who are in good health, do not take chronic medication and do not suffer from serious ailments or anemia. It is advisable to avoid medication and alcohol and rest adequately on the last day before blood donation. Have a small meal and 2-3 glasses of water or juice before giving blood. Our blood bank is helping people in our community in need. We have to refill our reserves to help even more people! This is only possible through your amazing effort and donations. Thank you! It's the 2024 Students' Union Elections season! Here's your opportunity to influence who will represent your Union and shape its path for the upcoming year. 4 positions are open for nominations. So don't hesitate, step forward, nominate yourself, or suggest worthy candidates, and participate in voting to enact meaningful change.
